Pirates and Red Sox first teams to reach the 50 win mark

Okay, if you predicted before the season that the Pirates and the Red Sox would be the first teams in their leagues to reach the 50-win mark, please take charge of my investments.

There are many ways to show the power of 50 wins, but I thought it would be interesting to look how the 51 Pirate wins and the 50 Red Sox wins fit in perspective to full-season win totals.
