In Baltimore’s 4-3 loss to the Red Sox, Chris Davis slammed his 47th homer of the season.

Davis has now hit 25 homers at home in Camden Yards and 22 on the road.

He’s hit 10 homers in 35 games since the break and 37 in 95 games before the break.

31 of his homers have come in Orioles wins and last night was his 16th in a Baltimore loss.

His production will decrease in the 2nd half because his participation in the All-Star Home Run Derby has altered his swing. Happens every year.
