The Raul Ibanez Chase Report

In the Mariners 7-1 loss to the Rays last night in which Alex Cobb made a successful return from a concussion after getting hit on the head with a batted ball on June 15, Raul Ibanez hit his first homer since going deep twice on July 12.

He now has 25 homers this season as he continues his chase of Ted Williams‘ record for the most homers hit by a batter 41 years and older.
